Terms & Conditions

  • Service Scope

    • QKLUXE offers design services for individual rooms only. To design multiple rooms, each must be purchased separately.

  • Design Process

    • You must provide login information for each session. QKLUXE does not store passwords, and it is your responsibility to provide them each time work is to be done.

    • You must also be available for any two-factor authentication requests.

  • Design Ownership

    • Once full payment is made, you own the final design for the purchased room.

    • QKLUXE retains the right to use design photos for promotional purposes or to add them to our portfolio, including on social media platforms.

  • Revisions

    • The initial design includes a specified number of revisions.

    • Any additional revisions beyond that are $5 per change.

  • No Full Home Renovations

    • QKLUXE services are for individual rooms in an IMVU server only. If you'd like to renovate more than one room, please purchase a separate package for each.

  • Refunds and Cancellations

    • All payments are final once the design process begins.

    • If work has not started, you will receive a full refund.

    • No refunds will be provided once work has started.

  • No Guarantees

    • While we strive for the best results, the final design may differ slightly from your initial expectations due to various factors like available space or resources.

  • Client Availability

    • It is your responsibility to respond promptly during the design process and provide timely feedback to avoid delays.
